Question deadline: 02/22/2026. Contract E19-DTPW-06 (2020-2023) The Contractor shall complete all work as per the signed and sealed Construction Documents approved by the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources, and the Bid Documents, including but not limited to, specifications, and the Permit Set provided by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department for the Wild Lime Park Multipurpose Field (Junior) & ADA Transition & Compliance Plan. The work includes repairing asphalt and/or concrete areas as specified/noted in the approved Permit Set, construction specification documents, and Bid documents. The Contractor is to provide its own water and electrical services. Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required to comply with the intent of the work described in the contract documents including, but not limited to: construction of a multipurpose field of 300ft x 180ft (54,000 sq ft); installation of a new drainage system; installation of new irrigation system with connection to existing pump and well; provide ADA compliance to the existing parking lot including installation and connection of light poles and fixtures; purchase and install sports light poles and fixtures inclusive of all corresponding electrical connections and footing installation; provide ADA compliance in the existing building; construct concrete pads for temporary bleachers (bleachers are shown for reference and are not in this contract); and installation of landscape as per the approved signed and sealed Permit Set. Striping on the "soccer field" area is only for reference and not included in this contract. Striping for the ADA parking is included in this contract. The Bidder and all its subcontractors must hold a valid, current, and active State and/or Miami-Dade County contractor's license consistent with the requirements of the Scope of Work. The contractor must refer to the Request for Price Quotation (RPQ) and associated project documents for the detailed Scope of Work. No interpretation of the meaning of the Specifications or other Bid Documents, nor correction of any apparent ambiguity, inconsistency, or error therein, will be made to any Bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation or correction shall be in writing, and in the manner stipulated in the Invitation to Bid.
