Procure a Fixed Priced One-Year Silver Support Plan for one Illumina NovaSeq 6000 DNA Sequencer and one MiSeq DNA Sequencer. The Silver Support plan includes full coverage for repair parts, labor, and travel; replacement of reagent kits upon hardware failures; one annual preventive maintenance visit; remote technical support 18x5; service technician response to repair requests within 24 business hours and a two business days on-site response target; hardware and software updates; on-site applications support; discounted advanced application training; remote monitoring; on-site Field Application Scientist support during standard coverage hours; phone and email support; OEM certified replacement parts; and provision of Illumina loaner equipment for customers under an active Illumina Service Contract. Only Illumina is authorized to provide this service, with no third-party providers permitted. Offerors must provide documentation confirming authorization and certified capability from Illumina to provide all required services and products, and to maintain all existing warranties. Responses without this confirmation will be considered invalid. Offeror responses must also include a completed copy of FAR Clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
