Provide a service agreement for BD Biosciences instruments and components, including the FACSymphony A5, FACStation, and FACS Flow Supply System and related lasers. The agreement must cover full service for these systems, excluding consumables and lasers, including two preventive maintenance inspections per year with PM kits, software revisions during the term, unlimited service visits Monday through Friday (excluding BD holidays), 48-hour guaranteed emergency on-site response (Monday through Friday, excluding BD holidays), unlimited telephone support for instruments, remote troubleshooting, and five-day coverage (Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM customer time). The FACS Flow Supply System is to be covered for labor, travel expenses and parts (excluding consumables), unlimited service visits, and unlimited telephone support. All services must be performed by BD-trained and certified technicians, using original manufacturer parts to maintain existing warranties. Alternate offerors must provide a signed agreement from BD Biosciences confirming authorization to provide all services, consumables, access to proprietary information and OEM-certified service personnel. Responses must include descriptive literature, warranty information, and sufficient documentation to demonstrate capability to provide all required products and services as specified.
