The Engineer's Estimate of Construction Cost for this project is $135,000.00. The work consists of removal of a 6' diameter CMP culvert and construction of an 8'x7' concrete box culvert, including road repair and new guardrail. Each bid must include a bid guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, letter of credit, or bond in an amount equal to 10% of the bid. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein, along with evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. Contractors and subcontractors must, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor, and must comply with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates set by the Ohio Department of Commerce. The right is reserved to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities.
