Pre-Construction Meeting Located at 4343 Cooper Road in the Blue Ash Conference Room Friday, March 20th , 2026, at 10:00 AM This project consists of construction of a new roadway through the property located at 11500 Hartman Highway connecting Grooms Road on the east to Hartman Highway on the west. Proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as 2026 HAM-GROOMS ROAD CONNECTOR. Bidders must obtain contract documents, bid sheets, plans, and specifications online. Each bidder must submit a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as required. The project must be completed by the specified date. If the total project cost exceeds the threshold, bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates as determined by Ohio regulations and the U.S. Department of Labor, in addition to all EEO requirements and safety standards. All contractors must be ODOT-pre-qualified, with the prequalification status valid throughout the contract. The City will evaluate bids based on quality, service, performance record, and price and may recognize functional equivalence in work or products. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
