Reference Number 0000410608 Bid Intent Not Available The City of East Providence is seeking sealed bids for construction of specific public improvements in Taunton Avenue right of way. Improvements are associated with ONE Neighborhood Builders' ongoing construction of Central City Apartments development at 330, 350 & 354 Taunton Ave. Improvements generally include demolition of certain right-of-way features, installation of underground utility lines, construction of curbing, sidewalk and driveways, and roadway restoration. Please see the Scope of Work and site plans for additional details. A 5% bid bond is required to be submitted with proposal and performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the total bid price will be required upon final award of the contract.
