Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction including sliplining approximately 1,903 linear feet of 73" x 61", 81" x 53" and 174" x 98" corrugated steel pipe arches with glass reinforced plastic (GRP) pipe in the cities of Cleveland and Garfield Heights. Additional work includes removal and replacement of a corrugated metal headwall, wingwalls and apron with a new concrete headwall, wingwalls and apron, injection of expansive polyurethane material beneath the existing pipe through drilled holes, and repair and filling of missing pipe invert with cementitious material. Bidders must submit all bids electronically through NEORSD's OpenGov portal after registering for a free account. All bid documents and addenda are available on this website. Bidders are strongly encouraged to monitor the project page for updates and addenda, and must review the instructions to bidders and all contract documents prior to submitting a bid. The contract is subject to NEORSD's policies regarding the use of small business enterprises, with a goal of 15% SBE.
