Part 1 Location Description State Route/Section Centre County 80/B43 Part Name: SR 80-B43, Centre County, CI Project Description: This contract will provide supplementary construction inspection and documentation services for the SR 80/B43 Rehabilitation Project in Centre County. The SR 80 Section B43 project will consist of mill and overlay, guiderail upgrades, ITS upgrades and bridge preservation work from MM 147 through MM 159. Bridge preservation will include 6 bridge sites and will include items such as epoxy overlays, replace deck joints/blockouts, concrete deck repairs, concrete repairs-substructures/diaphragms/barriers, concrete beam repairs. ITS work includes CCTV replacements, new CMS boards/structures, replacement CMS Boards, and permanent Variable Speed Limit Signs (VSL) in Centre County. Also, weigh-in-motion (WIM) Part 2 Location Description State Route/Section Centre County 80/B50 Part Name: SR 80-B50, Centre County, CI Project Description: This contract will provide supplementary construction inspection and documentation services for the SR 80/B43 Rehabilitation Project in Centre County. The SR 80 Section B50 project will consist of roadway improvements including ITS device installation (fiber backbone, 4 VSL's, CMS board replacement, HAB sign overlays), centerline and edge line joint rehabilitations, base repairs, concrete patching, and a mill and overlay in Centre County on SR 80 from MM 164.8-170.8.
