The Western Reserve Port Authority (WRPA) is accepting Consulting Architectural Service qualifications for the preparation of construction documents for the development of the former Eastern Gateway Parking Garage site located at 101 E. Boardman St., Youngstown OH 44503. The project involves the construction of a government center on the site. Submittals of corporations not chartered in Ohio must be accompanied by proper certifications that such corporation is licensed to do business in Ohio. Companies submitting must be enrolled in the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation Drug Free Workplace Program or a similar program approved by the Bureau. All employees and applicants for employment must be ensured non-discrimination based on race, color, sex, or national origin in accordance with applicable state and federal rules.
