Bids will be accepted for the Washington Security Vestibule project for the Medford School District. The project will be awarded to one contractor based on the lowest bid. The district reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidder's home state would give its instate bidders, reject for good cause any or all proposals that are not in the best interest of the district, reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, waive any formalities, and delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the Medford School District to be in the best interest of the District. SCOPE Replacement of exterior main entry doors. Interior remodel of existing entry hallway and alterations to the main office. A new glass partition with doors in the hallway will make a new secured vestibule. Transaction window into the vestibule. New door to existing office.
