ESTIMATED COST: $2,313,345 - $2,556,855 The work to be performed under this Contract is for the renovation of the four existing pedestrian bridges at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road. The Work includes the repair of exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS), replacement of precast glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) handrails, deck repair and polyurethane coating, water intrusion mitigation, bridge soffit and pilaster repair, bridge pilaster panel cover replacement, lighting upgrades, and painting of bridges. The work also includes refurbishment of tuned mass dampers (TMD) in the pedestrian bridges located at the west and south legs of the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road, the pedestrian bridges located at the north and west legs of the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue, and the pedestrian bridges located at the north, west, and east legs of the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Spring Mountain Road.
