Renovation of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.

The project includes boiler replacement and air handling unit upgrades. Work includes installation of a new return fan in the attic, construction of a new roof dormer to allow the return air duct to exit the attic, run down the exterior of the building and re-enter the basement mechanical room where a new built-up air handling unit is being installed. Work also includes replacing the existing steam boilers and heating components with new condensing hot water boilers and heating components. A new fire pump upgrade is included in this scope of work. The existing trash enclosure will be demolished to facilitate construction means and methods; a new trash enclosure will be provided.
