Remodeling of a municipal facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.

The scope of work is the installation and removal of blinds in accordance with the specified specifications, terms, and conditions. Bids are being sought for this service for the City Council Office. Question Deadline 02/11/2026 at 3:00 PM CT SCOPE OF WORK : Work under this contract shall include the furnishing of all labor , tools , supplies , materials , transportation , supervision , and necessary insurance for "Installation and removal of Blinds " for the Houston City Council office at 900 Bagby , Houston , TX 77002 . The Houston City Council office room Blinds involve the following : 1.1 1.2 1.3 1.4 1.5 1.6 Contractor to Furnish (5) six , Hunter Douglas 3/4" Classics Duette Bottom up room darken Honeycomb shades with Easy Rise controls . Color of blinds : Journal D7-457 . Contractor must remove six (5) existing vertical blinds . Contractor to move existing blinds and move to storage room in the building . Prior to awarding this bid , a walkthrough will be scheduled for Bidders to measure all windows for correct measurements for blinds . Walk thru schedule for February 4 , 2026 at City Hall Annex 900 Bagby 1st floor , Houston , TX . 77002 . Installation of blinds shall be during working hours .
