The Work consists of Mechanical Dust Free Cleaning on a portion of the roadway system in the North Area, East Area, and South Area. Major components include signing for temporary parking prohibition on Priority 3 streets; recording the signing of temporary parking signs; mechanical sweeping of Priority 3 streets and alleys; and transporting and disposing of collected debris to Summitt Road Landfill. The Work is to be performed in the order of North and East Areas first, followed by the South Area. The South Area Work cannot start until all deficiencies in the North and East Areas are completed, unless awarded separately, in which case it may begin concurrently.
