Description

Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.

The work includes furnishing all equipment, labor, supervision, and materials necessary to update office space at the Pittsburgh Engineering Warehouse and Repair Station. Tasks include replacing ceiling drop tiles, cleaning the ceiling tile grid, standardizing and replacing lighting covers and bulbs, replacing HVAC diffusers and return grating, removing existing carpet and baseboards, installing carpet tiles and baseboards, replacing interior doors, installing interior door locks, removing and replacing receptacle wall plates and switch plates, removing wallpaper and wood paneling, performing minor drywall repairs, painting walls, ceilings, and access hatches, and disassembling, moving, and reassembling office furniture, furnishings, and cubicles as needed to complete all work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications using the best standards of performance and construction, with thoroughly trained personnel and coordinated construction to ensure uninterrupted progress and proper trade integration, including all other work required to complete the tasks as specified. Periods of Performance will be 90 calendar days from notice to proceed. This work is located at the Pittsburgh Engineering Warehouse and Repair Station, 3500 Grand Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15225. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
