The contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supervision, and materials necessary to update office space, including replacing ceiling drop tiles; cleaning the ceiling tile grid; replacing and standardizing lighting covers and bulbs; replacing HVAC diffusers and return gratings; removing existing carpet and baseboards; installing carpet tiles and baseboards; replacing interior doors; installing locks on interior doors; removing and replacing receptacle wall plates and switch plates; removing wallpaper and wood paneling; performing minor drywall repairs; painting walls, ceilings, and access hatches; and disassembling, moving, and reassembling office furniture, furnishings, and cubicles as required. All work shall be completed in accordance with applicable specifications, laws, and commercial standards. Personnel performing the work shall be thoroughly trained and familiar with the requirements and proper construction methods, and construction shall be coordinated to ensure uninterrupted progress and proper fit between all trades.
