The Work includes switchgear and transformer electrical equipment installation, mechanical equipment installation, electrical duct bank installation to temporary exterior transformer, structural slab / foundation for equipment, and overhead door installation. 2. For additional requirements for the examination of plans, specifications, and Project site see Section Supplementary Conditions. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to replace electrical substation A4 at Concourse C/D of Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). This solicitation has a 25% Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) participation requirement.
