As of March 30, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 14, 2026. The City of Oak Forest is seeking qualified, electronic sign vendors to remove an existing electronic LED sign board and replace it with a new electronic sign board on an existing monument sign structure. The vendor must remove and properly dispose of/recycle the existing sign, supply all equipment, tools, materials, mechanical machinery, and labor, and add to existing internal steel supports to raise the top illuminated cabinet for a larger digital display. The new electronic LED sign board must be: - Ledman 6MM - Double-sided, four-color, outdoor-rated - 192 x 336 matrix, 5'-3" x 7'-4.2" viewing area/cabinet - Include cloud-based software, 10-year cellular data, 3-year parts labor warranty, 5-year parts warranty - Compatible with Microsoft Windows 11 software - Operable from multiple platforms (PC, laptop, smartphone) - Minimum three hours of on-site training for City staff plus web training resource - Capable of video, photo, text, time, date, and temperature sensor - Wireless signal must connect over a minimum distance of 200' - Black/bronze LED panel frame - All electrical connections terminated for direct electrical supply - Safety switch required, UL listed - All hardware/software manuals included - Lifetime cellular data plan Question Deadline 03/19/2026 Contact Person : Chrissy Maher, 708-444-4823, cmaher@oak-forest.org No additional instructions to bidders beyond technical and project requirements were provided.
