The Trinity River Authority of Texas (AUTHORITY) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform grounds care and maintenance at the Denton Creek Regional Wastewater System (DCRWS) facility located at 1687 N. Highway 377, Roanoke, TX 76262. This specification will cover all specified landscaping for the exterior levee, perimeter easement, lift stations, and ornamental beds and shrubbery at the front of the facility as well as the administration and purchasing warehouse buildings as noted by location on the attached site plans. Question Deadline 02/09/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Clarification Deadline Term of bid will be for two years commencing on May 1, 2026 and ending on April 30, 2028. AUTHORITY reserves the right to send a representative to accompany any of SUCCESSFUL BIDDER's employees while on the property, at any time.
