**As of March 24th, this project has been awarded to Gage Construction for $3,458,030.00.** Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Masonry (ECC: $210,000) Roofing & Flashing (ECC: $1,820,000) Plumbing (ECC: $175,000) Heating, Ventilation, & Air-Conditioning (ECC: $2,868,000) Electrical (ECC: $200,000) The project consists of the removal and replacement of 64,500sf of roof and all existing rooftop mechanical equipment at Elmwood Street Elementary School. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online Question Deadline 02/12/2026 at 2:00 PM ET The scope includes, but is not limited to the following major work: 1. Construction of a new roof replacement and HVAC roof top equipment replacement including, but not limited to: a. Steel framing for HVAC equipment dunnage. b. Steel decks. c. Metal framing. d. Sheathing and air barrier. e. Masonry work. f. Carpentry, waterproofing, dampproofing, caulking. g. Roofing. h. Doors. i. Interior finishes. j. Plumbing, Mechanical and electrical. k. Sitework. The work is estimated to cost $6,000,000.00.
