Millbury Public Schools Roof And HVAC Repair Project - Jr./Sr. High School The Project consists of but not limited to: building roof replacement and roof top HVAC equipment replacement at the Millbury Jr/Sr High School in Millbury, Massachusetts. The existing school building is a structural steel superstructure with exterior brick veneer, structural steel roofing and metal roof deck with metal stud framing. The new roof system shall be a new approximately 111,000 SF Thermoplastic membrane. The scope includes, but is not limited to the following major work: 1. Construction of a new roof replacement and HVAC roof top equipment replacement including, but not limited to: a. Steel framing for HVAC equipment dunnage. b. Steel decks. c. Metal framing. d.
