Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Millbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Replacement of the approximately 380 feet of existing water services, 200 feet of underground roof drains, 60 feet of storm drain pipes, 300 feet of sewer pipes as well as two catch basins and three sewer manholes within the housing authority property. Surface improvements include replacement of hot mix asphalt sidewalks, parking lot and driveways. Finally, new compliant signage and pavement markings will be installed across the project site.
