A timeline for the award is not yet established. 667-3 Second Elevator Addition The Project consists of: Addition of a new 5-stop elevator on the exterior of the building and creation of new elevator lobbies. Replacement of two makeup air units. General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), formerly known as SOMWBA. The combined participation goal reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 10.4% of the final contract price including accepted alternates.
