Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Millbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of September 16, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work includes providing for the installation and commissioning of two Owner furnished 2,000 kW diesel generators in outdoor enclosures and associated medium-voltage paralleling switchgear in an electrical power house, as well as all scheduling, including scheduling with Owners generator/switchgear manufacturer/supplier. The work also includes site preparation, installing concrete generator/switchgear foundation pads, roadway pavement replacement, new pavement, and furnishing and installing generator/switchgear access platforms and stairs. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The estimated project cost is $6,000,000. Questions must be at least ten days before the date set herein for the opening of the bids.
