Project Park Avenue Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation Project Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Work under this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and tools for removing the existing coating systems (interior and exterior), surface preparation, and the application of new coating systems (interior and exterior) for the Park Ave Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation; repairing the concrete foundation and grout along the perimeter of the tank; furnishing and installing a new roof vent; repairing two (2) shell manways; modifying the overflow discharge pipe; modifying the exterior shell ladder and roof ladder, as well as furnishing and installing OSHA compliant safety measures to the two (2) ladders; and all necessary and incidental appurtenances to successfully complete the work. Question Deadline 02/12/2026 No interpretation of the meaning of the Drawings, Specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to H2Olson Engineering, Inc. and be emailed to Stephen Olson at sco@h2olsonengineering.com, and to be given consideration must be received by the close of business (5 p.m.) at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
