Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Manchester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for construction of a 3,300 square foot (SF) building with two greensand filtration pressure vessels, two granular activated carbon (GAC) contract pressure vessels, two backwash storage tanks, backwash pumps, electrical room, mechanical room, bathroom and associated building support systems. The project also includes chemical feed modifications in the existing Chemical Building. The site will contain a subsurface equalization tank for washwater, natural gas generator, sewer ejector pump station, stormwater management system, and associated below-grade utilities. The project will include demolition of the existing Well Building and other miscellaneous equipment Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate : Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
