Reference number: 20118319 Description of work: Partial masonry repair, replacement of exterior windows and doors on side facades, related architectural work (such as roofing, interior work, painting, terrazzo repair, installation of door scrapers, guardrails, etc.) as well as related structural, mechanical and electrical work. Area of work: 817 m2 Building: Saints-Martyrs-Canadiens School - 9920 Parthenais Street, Montreal Site visit: During the bidding period, there will be a formal site visit organised by the PUBLIC BODY on 3 February 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Period/Completion deadline: The CONTRACTOR must commence work on 15 April 2026. The CONTRACTOR will be invited by the PUBLIC BODY and/or the professionals to a kick-off meeting for the work; this meeting may be held at a time agreed upon by the CONTRACTOR, the professionals and the PUBLIC BODY, but no later than the start of the project, in accordance with the terms set out in this article. Please note that the Montreal School Service Centre is closed for the summer period, from 20 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 inclusive. Please note that the Montreal School Service Centre is closed for the holiday period, from 21 December 2026 to 1 January 2027 inclusive.
