Description PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for post-fire restoration of units 3 and 6, Bedford Housing, 3905 Plamondon Avenue, Montreal, QC H3S 1L8, Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Borough. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contractual documents. This includes, but is not limited to, the complete interior renovation of apartments 3 and 6 following a fire, including all finishing work, replacement of interior doors, and electrical and mechanical equipment in accordance with the plans and specifications. The apartments are largely gutted. The work will be carried out in a 4-story building comprising 55 apartments intended for families, couples, and single people. The apartments will be vacant during the construction work. Duration of Works According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin as soon as the letter of commitment is signed, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the change cannot be used to justify a request for additional work by the contractor. The work must be completed within a maximum of 120 working days from the confirmed start date of the work as stated in the letter of commitment.
