These emergency services, which may be required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, will be needed for interventions related to water damage, water infiltration, flooding, damage caused by fire or smoke, or humidity, mould, etc. These services mainly include, but are not limited to, the following activities: Complete drying of structures and materials, decontamination, humidity control Air quality and mould testing Selective demolition Odour neutralisation Cleaning, removal and disposal of contaminated materials; hazardous materials (e.g. glycol) Sorting of affected movable property or documents Disinfection with hydrogen peroxide, quaternary ammonium, pH neutral or other disinfectant appropriate to the incident Expert assessment and estimation of post-disaster work Drying without demolition The Contract shall expire after a period of ONE (1) year(s) from its effective date, unless terminated prematurely in accordance with the other provisions of the Contract. The expected effective date is 31 March 2026. The SERVICE PROVIDER agrees to TWO (2) options to renew the Contract for an additional period of ONE (1) year each. TIMELINE FOR THE VARIOUS MANDATES The Service Provider must render the services and perform all work required according to the schedule agreed upon with the CSSMB Representative for each of the mandates assigned to it under the Contract. Failure to meet deadlines may result in termination of the contract by the CSSMB and/or expose the Service Provider to an unsatisfactory performance evaluation.
