Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Oakville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Question Deadline: Tue Feb 10, 2026 2:00:00 PM (EST) All inquiries must be submitted through the bidding system A rooftop 8' x 12' skylight is present within a central roof area of the Glen Abbey Community Centre. The insulated glazing units (IGUs) and sealants of the skylight system are observed to have failed. Scope of work includes the removal, disposal and replacement of the existing fourteen (14) custom insulated glazing units, all snap caps, pressure plates, flashings, fasteners and any other applicable items of the skylight. This Request for Tender ("RFT") is to retain a Contractor for this project. Bonding requirements apply for this RFT. An agreement to bond for Performance Bond of 100% of the awarded contract price and Labour & Materials Payment Bond of 50% of the awarded contract price is required.
