The Buildings Department (DI) is issuing a call for tenders with a view to entering into a contract with a service provider capable of supplying the labour, equipment and supplies required to maintain the portable fire extinguishers located in the buildings concerned, in order to ensure their compliance with the laws and regulations in force and, where necessary, to supply new replacement fire extinguishers. This call for tenders covers the following campuses and facilities: Lot 1: Greater Montreal, residences and outlying areas Lot 2: Saint-Hyacinthe Lot 3: Saint-Hippolyte The contract term is set at three (3) years, with two optional periods of one (1) year each, for each of the lots described above. Important: Contracts resulting from this call for tenders will be awarded by lot. Bidders may bid on all three lots or on only one lot. The list of buildings with their addresses for each of the sectors presented can be found in Appendices B, C and D. The University reserves the right to add or remove buildings during the term of the contract.
