**As of February 19th, 2026, the project was awarded to Diamond 5 construction, with an awarded amount of $110,259.50** Graham County requests bids for Central Park Improvements to install sidewalk, concrete slabs, construct and paint a shade structure, install curbing and a parking area, and install chain link fencing per the plans and specifications provided by Graham County. Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for Central Park Improvements, Bid #25/26-16. All bids must be mailed or delivered to the Board of Supervisors Office, 921 W. Thatcher Blvd., Safford, AZ 85546, and will be accepted until 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 12, 2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud during the Board of Supervisors meeting beginning at 8:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 17, 2026, in the General Assembly Room of the Graham County General Services Building. Bid packets, plans, and specifications are available at https://www.graham.az.gov/Bids.aspx. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 5, 2026, at the project site.
