Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brentwood, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and library.

Bid Package #1: East ES, Hemlock Park ES and Oak Park ES Scope of Work for - General Work GC1, Electrical Work EC1, Mechanical Work MC1: Renovations to Gymnasium and Library related to new RTU units for AC and related electrical service. Renovations of the Cafeteria and Kitchen areas, including ceiling, lighting, and HVAC work. Complete digital sets of Bidding Documents, drawings and specifications, may be obtained online for a non-refundable fee of $49.00 (Forty-Nine Dollars). Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructions to Bidders. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs (either by providing FedEX/UPS account number or being charged a flat rate by the printer).
