Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Manasquan, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of various improvements to the exterior to the Municipal Building in the Borough of Manasquan, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Th scope of work is including but not limited to the following: replace existing cedar siding with new composite siding, replace all soffits, selective window replacements for six (6) windows with seal failures, replace two (2) exterior hollow metal doors with new FRP doors, replace/enhance decorative trim, brackets and vents, replace building signage, replace power sliding doors with power swing doors, and replace all gutters and leaders. There will be some minor site work including sidewalk, curb replacement, and some pavement repair in the parking lot. All work on this contract must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed. All RFIs must be submitted via email to @joseph.raftery@collierseng.com and rosie.bialoblocki@collierseng.com by Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. eastern standard time. Final Addendum will be issued on Thursday, March 5, 2026. a bid bond or a certified check drawn to the order of Borough of Manasquan for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder is hereby notified that a performance bond and labor and material (payment) bond for the full amount of this project is required. The right is also reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities where such informality is not detrimental to the best interest of the Owner, except as to those items which are deemed mandatory and non-waivable set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2. Further, the Owner reserves the right to abandon the project and reject the bids entirely if any legal or state or federal administrative action is taken against the Owner which could delay or jeopardize the project from commencing. The right is also reserved to increase or decrease the quantities specified in the manner designated in the Specifications.
