Right of Way Acquisition Services (Specifically limited to: Titles, Closings, Value Analysis, Appraisal, and Appraisal Review only) are requested in order to construct a new 0.87 mile shared-use path beginning at the Northeast corner of the S. Wayne Avenue and Eakin Road intersection, connecting to the existing walk, at the Southwestern corner of the Eakin Road and Harrisburg Pike intersection. Additional work involves new ADA-compliant sidewalk on the south side of Eakin Road between Brooks End Court and Hardesty Place W., and between Woodbrook Lane and the proposed shared-use path crossing at Whitethorne Avenue. It is estimated there will be 20 parcels requiring acquisition. Title Research and Closings will be under a separate consultant agreement. Right of Way Acquisition Services for Appraisal Review will be under a separate consultant agreement. There will be a total of three (3) contracts Contract 1: Right of Way Acquisition Services for Titles Research and Closings Contract 2: Right of Way Acquisition Services for Appraisal Contract 3: Right of Way Acquisition Services for Appraisal Review Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant.
