Right of Way Acquisition Services (Specifically limited to: Titles, Closings, Value Analysis, Appraisal, and Appraisal Review only) are requested in order to Widen Sancus Boulevard from 2 lanes to 3 lanes, add a shared use path along the western side of the roadway, and a sidewalk on the eastern side of Sancus Boulevard. Work will also include new traffic signals, street lighting, and a new storm sewer. It is estimated there will be 51 parcels requiring acquisition. Title Research and Closings will be under a separate consultant agreement. Right of Way Acquisition Services for Appraisal Review will be under a separate consultant agreement. There will be a total of three (3) contracts Contract 1: Right of Way Acquisition Services for Titles Research and Closings Contract 2: Right of Way Acquisition Services for Appraisal Contract 3: Right of Way Acquisition Services for Appraisal Review Technical or scope of services questions specific to the project or RFP requirements.
