For the Millburn Elementary School Summer 2026 Roof Replacement and Exterior Upgrades project This project includes various exterior upgrades, including the replacement of roofing areas, sealant joints, and tuckpointing at Millburn Elementary School. Location- 18550 Millburn Road Old Mill Creek, Illinois 60083 Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic, or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid a certified check or an acceptable bidder's bond payable to Kinnikinnick CCSD No. 131 in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond. The successful bidder is required to pay the general prevailing wage for work as as certained by the Illinois Department of Labor, and shall submit certified payroll records, in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) and shall comply with all applicable Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employ ment Opportunity laws. Bids may not be with drawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before July 31, 2026. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
