The North Kansas City School District and McCownGordon Construction are accepting sealed bids for Oak Park PAC Addition Bid Package #3: Glazing, Roofing, Metal Panels, Asphalt, Landscaping, and all Interior Finishes. Bids must be submitted to McCownGordon Construction. The project is tax exempt and requires compliance with prevailing wage requirements per Wage Order #31 for Clay County, Missouri. Contractors and sub-contractors can obtain bidding documents by email request. The NKCSD Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to be the sole judge of what it considers the lowest responsible bid.
