The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Bronx Psychiatric Institute are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a contractor to provide HVAC Maintenance at 1500 Waters Place, Bronx NY, 10461. Bids must be submitted using the attached excel sheet Bronx PC - HVAC & Refrigeration #C202445 BQS. There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 1500 Waters Place, Bronx NY, 10461. Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB. No late bids will be accepted. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal is 6%. Minority/Women Business Enterprise contracting goals are MBE Goal: 16.00% and WBE Goal: 14.00%.
