The NYS Office of Mental Health and Bronx Psychiatric Center are seeking a contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) and ancillary equipment at the Bronx PC, located at 1500 Waters Place, Bronx, NY 10461. The detailed scope of work, including preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, and schedule matrix, is found in Appendix D of the draft contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and Invitation for Bid (IFB) document for further information. There is a separate Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format to be used for submitting bids. A mandatory site visit at Bronx Psychiatric Center is required and further instructions for site visit registration and bid submission are provided in the IFB. New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply. The Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation.
