Pearson School Board is issuing a public call for tenders to award a custom construction contract for the execution of the following works: Replacement of part of the roof basins, the ceiling of the library and the electromechanical components attached to it at John Rennie high school located at 501 Boulevard Saint-Jean in Pointe-Claire. Delivery schedule The work required under this RFP will commence on June 10, 2026 and must be fully completed by September 30, 2026, at which time provisional acceptance must be completed. The roof basins must be completely completed by August 21, 2026, and only the interior and ventilation works of the library can be completed in occupancy by September.
