It can barely fit the patient on stretcher and one staff member within. This elevator was never meant to transport patients. This request is being made to add a dedicated patient transport elevator that would provide access from the tunnel coming from UCH at Level 1 to the tunnel going to HCH connected at Level 4. This is needed to provide safe transport of patients with staff present between facilities. *Proposal dates for the required references, management plans, statements of qualifications, and interviews will be based on the Project Schedule included in the Solicitation for A/E Services.
