The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Manhattan Psychiatric Institute are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a contractor to provide Boiler system Maintenance at 102 Rivers Edge Road, NY, NY 10035. The required specifications are listed in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Bids must be submitted using the attached excel sheet IFB 24-140 - C202444 - Man. Boiler – BQS. There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 10:00 AM ET on Monday, February 2nd, 2026, at 102 Rivers Edge Road, NY, NY 10035. Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET Friday, February 6th, 2026. Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Wednesday, February 11th, 2026. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.
