Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Longview, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Sealed proposals are requested for a General Contractor for Precinct 2 Facility for Gregg County. Respondents must be registered through the designated portal prior to downloading the RFP. Proposals must be submitted electronically or in person to the designated location by the stated deadline. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted. Respondents are required to submit unit pricing and may also offer lump sum discounts. Gregg County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities or irregularities as determined to be in the best interest of Gregg County.
