Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Pharr, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade educational facility.
Vanguard Academy, a Texas Public Charter School, is seeking qualified firms to submit a Construction Manager At-Risk (CM At-Risk) proposal for construction services for the Van Gogh Secondary Campus project. The project consists of constructing a 2-story building with steel frame, metal stud commercial construction, brick, EIFS, sitework, landscaping, and interior finishes located at 1407 W Moore Road, Pharr, TX, with an estimated construction cost of $28 million. Proposals must be clearly named “CMAR Proposal for Van Gogh Secondary” and are to be submitted via email. Late proposals may not be considered and may be returned unopened. Vanguard Academy reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, or to proceed in the best interest of the school. Requests for the RFP and questions must be directed to the specified contacts via email.
