Assist with grant award documentation completion, attend FEEPS review meetings on behalf of the grantee, meet with the Town to establish the grant file, complete the civil rights file (including Fair Housing, Drug Free, Section 3 Reporting, MBE/WBE Reporting, etc.), schedule a release of funds meeting and provide information to OCRA to obtain the release of funds, attend monthly meetings to provide updates on grant/project status, prepare monthly invoice summaries and required financial documents, prepare all semi-annual reports for the community, prepare and negotiate grant modifications, prepare all close out documentation, attend grant monitoring meetings, and resolve any grant findings or questions. Provide federal information for plans and specifications, attend and conduct pre-bid meetings, authorize bidders via the state, attend pre-construction conferences, prepare all necessary labor standards forms requested by OCRA and SRF, review monthly payroll reports, conduct employee interviews, and close out the labor standard file. Proposals must include a description of expertise, experience, and resources relevant to the project, a list of similar projects completed, references, resumes of professional staff, the name of the person in charge, a scope of services and proposed prices, and a project timeline. Six copies of the proposal are required. Proposals will be evaluated on experience, past performance, capacity, familiarity with the project type, and cost of services.
