New construction and addition to an industrial development in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,400-square-foot industrial development; and 17,152-square-foot industrial development.

Construction of a Transportation Building for the Southeast Polk Community School District, consisting of a new 17,152 square foot Bus Maintenance Facility and a 1,400 square foot addition to the existing Warehouse. Scope for Bid Package No. 03.01 – Concrete Foundations includes providing concrete formwork, reinforcement, cast-in-place concrete placement and finishing, anchor rod placement, and excavation and backfill for structural foundations for the new building, addition, and trash enclosure. Specification Sections: 03 30 00 – Cast-in-Place Concrete, 05 50 00 – Metal Fabrications, 07 21 00 – Thermal Insulation, 31 20 00 – Earth Moving. Scope for Bid Package No. 03.02 – Concrete Flatwork includes providing concrete formwork, reinforcement, cast-in-place concrete placement and finishing for interior slabs on grade, interior slabs on deck, and exterior stoop slabs. Specification Sections: 03 30 00 – Cast-in-Place Concrete, 07 21 00 – Thermal Insulation, 31 20 00 – Earth Moving. Pre-qualification requirements: Submission of a Statement of Qualifications Preapproval Form electronically by the specified deadline; Pre-Approval Forms accepted only from those seeking to prequalify for the specified bid packages anticipated to exceed the State of Iowa's competitive bidding threshold.
