Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Internal chimney seals, 92 sq. ft. of 18" concrete mountable median island nose, sanitary manhole chimney, frame & cover replacement, 1,625 sq. ft. of 4-inch concrete sidewalk, rehabilitation of storm manhole with cementitious liner, 146 sq. ft. of 7-inch concrete sidewalk and drive, two 2'x3' storm inlets, 300 tons of HMA pavement, two storm inlet adjustments, full traffic signal replacement, 1,000 feet of sanitary and storm cleaning and televising, 2,430 linear feet of pavement markings, 776 linear feet of 30" concrete curb & gutter, and 116 sq. yds. of topsoil and sod. Scope of work includes work on sanitary sewer (gravity), pavement marking, construction, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, electrical installation, ADA curb ramps, pavement removal, landscaping, temporary erosion control, traffic control devices (signals, signing), storm drain and paving, asphalt overlay, rehabilitation and maintenance, sewer and water construction, signage, water utilities, fiber optics, roadway lighting, aggregate, concrete formed flatwork foundation, street/road asphalt resurfacing and milling, concrete walkway, sawcutting sidewalk pavement, street/road asphalt milling, bored conduit, traffic control, traffic control signal systems, pavement resurface and rehabilitation, emergency vehicle preemption systems, street/road intersection improvements, roadway pavement markings, street/road pavement marking, curbs, and water wastewater infrastructure.
