Site work for a water / sewer project in Berlin, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The principal items for which proposals are invited are: 670 LF 8" Watermain, 4 EA 8" Gate Valve & Box, 1 EA Hydrant, 7 EA Connection to Existing Watermain, 330 LF 1-1 4" Water Service Lateral, 9 EA 1-1 4" Water Service Fittings, 285 TN HMA Pavement, 4", 1 LS Construction Erosion Control, 1 LS Traffic Control & Access. All proposals shall be submitted on bidding forms included in the Project Manual furnished by Kunkel Engineering Group, LLC, and in accordance with the provisions of the Project Manual. Bidders MUST purchase Bid Documents from Engineer or QuestCDN to submit a bid. Reproduction of Bid Documents will not be accepted from Bidders. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
