Provide Powerohm open frame load bank resistors (0.67 Ohm, ±10%), with dimensions of 26"W x 21"D x 6"H, as original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for USCGC Polar Star maintenance and operations. Delivery is required to USCGC Polar Star Port Engineer Staff, 1519 Alaskan Way S, Bldg 1, Seattle, WA 98134. Only OEM parts are acceptable; aftermarket, refurbished, or equivalent items will not be accepted. Offerors must submit descriptive information demonstrating that the supplies meet the requirements, including product descriptions, specifications, part numbers, and manufacturer details. Identify any subcontractors proposed for major or critical aspects of the requirement and provide their relevant experience and past performance. Submit offers electronically via email, clearly identifying the supplies offered and demonstrating compliance with the requirements. Offers must be complete, clear, and in a firm-fixed-price format, including all associated costs. The Government will evaluate offers for technical acceptability, past performance, and price. No discussions will be held; submit your best offer initially. Submit all questions via email only.
